T4 statements will be provided to you by your employer. If you are an employee of the University of Waterloo, your T4 will be available on Workday. Any T slips related to your schooling/UHIP can be found through your Quest account.

Yes, you may file electronically, as long as the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has your correct birthdate on file which they should have received from Service Canada when you were issued your Social Insurance Number (SIN).
