Job description: This position supervises activity at the Graduate House and assumes responsibility for day-to-day operations when the Graduate House Manager is absent. The GH Supervisor works alongside Graduate House employees to uphold the mission, vision and values of the organization, ensure performance standards, and ensure proper interpretation of procedures.

I’m in charge of reservations and room bookings, as well as normal day to day operations of the Grad House. I have been in the food service industry for 15 years, working for restaurants like Montana’s, Charcoal Steakhouse, Oliver and Bonacini, as well as the Keg.

Where is your go to lunch spot on or around campus? What do you order?
The Graduate House of course! My favorite is still the Angus burger. It is 5oz of farm fresh beef with nothing added but a little salt and pepper. Not quite a Ron Swanson burger, but the simplicity is there.
